I like to make garlic bread out of the roll with freshly grated Parm added to the butter then slap a few slices of provolone and bake it a little longer to melt, then top with a family recipe for Italian sausage and meatballs simmered for a long time in a homemade marinara sauce and garnish with more freshly grated Parm.
