Boil large pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped cooked spinach, grated parmesan, one egg, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spoon the spinach and ricott filling into each shell. Spread tomato sauce in a baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
