Italian Wedding Soup
–Ingredients–
143g celery
80g onion
113g carrots
4 cups chicken broth
4 cups water
1lb ground beef
1 egg
18g parmesan (2g for the meatballs; 16g for the soup)
142g spinach
60g orzo
salt, pepper, & oregano to taste
***makes about 5 bowls***

Carrots, celery, onion chop chop chop ヾ(๑•◡•)ノ🔪 I’m still getting used to having the camera in the way but it definitely makes chopping a lot harder “( – ⌓ – ) sautée chicken broth I like to make my own, but this time I’m using store bough this one’s Kettle&Fire brand salt I fill the rest with water cover and cook ⋆˚࿔♫ MEATBALL TIME ♫⋆˚࿔ Ground beef, parmesan, egg, parsley chop chop chop ヾ(๑•◡•)ノ🔪 salt pepper oregano mix make little balls this was the absolute bane of my existence I had to switch to chopsticks… but it was still ass (¬`‸´¬) I’m sick (๑-﹏-๑) so we made tea with ginger and mint leafs lime himalayan salt honey add the meatballs to the soup spinach orzo traditionally, it’s supposed to be acini di pepe but orzo was the closest thing I could find at the store more parm (๑ᵔ⤙ᵔ๑)
