Let me show you how to make an easy cost effective breakfast burrito. You can always substitute to make it cheaper. Use a different protein. Make homemade flour tortilla. But altogether I spent less than $15. Seasoning and oil included. To begin, we’re going to dice up bell pepper, onion, and sausage. You can use whatever oil. I use vegetable oil. And then I seasoned with taco seasoning. We add it to the side. And we add our hash brown. We want crispy hash browns for our burrito. While that’s cooking, I’m going to make a quick Kool-Aid for my babies for when they get home. These are delicious and sugar-free. Now that we’ve cooked everything, our sausage, hash brown, or eggs, we’re going to heat up our flour tortilla just a bit and then we assemble. So, I’m going to do mayo. You add to your desire. I’m going to add the egg, the sausage, bell pepper, and onion. And then we add our crispy hash browns. And then your choice of sauce. I’m doing Sriracha. You can always add avocado or your choice of cheese. Once we wrap it up, then we are going to heat in a skillet just to seal the ends. Super delicious, simple, and it keeps his belly full. And a cold drink.
