I have too many ripe avocados. This is how I found this (or a similar) recipe the first time.

Obviously dessert isn’t a staple, but those one is pretty MD friendly. I experimented here by adding some hemp seeds. Blended hemp seeds up the creamy factor, and balance out any avocado-y flavors if it is slightly less than perfectly ripe.
I used cashew milk and unsweetened cacao powder. I needed a it more sugar and chocolate powder with my bonus hemp seeds. And more milk! But you can eyeball this to get the right texture. The avocados really blend up into a nice fluffy texture.
I used maple syrup and coconut sugar to taste.
On the side I have some vanilla skyr for “whipped cream” and a persimmon. This is a pretty balanced dessert with fiber, protein, and healthy fats.
