1. More garlic. In everything (especially the chimichurri).
2. A bit of chik’n bouillon, violife sour cream, as well as a bit of lemon rind in the butter beans along with the lemon juice and nooch. I also heated them in a saucepan + added some starch to thicken them. It was too watery as-is.
3. I cooked the steaks in violife butter instead of olive oil, to give more umami steak flavor with the smoked paprika.
