Homemade curry. I use the soup maker to make the base of the gravy: onions, celery, carrot, chicken stock, garlic, ginger and curry powder.
Fry off the chicken, fry off extra veggies with my own curry powder mix: cumin, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, paprika.
Add the base and then reduce down.
