We’ve been wanting to try Sushi San for a bit and celebrating a birthday seemed like a great opportunity to do so. Spoiler alert, we had a fantastic time🙂‍↕️🍣

We got:
– Hugosan Spritz and Paper Junglebird, really enjoyed both cocktails
– Wagyu Tartare crispy rice
– Bluefin Tuna & Avocado maki and Thai Basil Shrimp maki
– Set of 4 handrolls: crunchy fatty tuna, salmon & avocado, toro oshinko (fatty bluefin tuna), and umami scallop
– Tobiko nigiri, as it is the last bite tradition we have 🙂

For birthday dessert, they served Sticky Miso Caramel cake and it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely order it, if we come there again.

Overall, really enjoyed the speed of the service and how nice our waiter was. Overall ambiance makes it a great spot for a fall dinner as we transition from the summer.
