• cos lettuce ( washed and dried, cut very fine, not traditional but that’s how we grew up eating it )
• mint ( washed and dried, finely chopped)
• Spring onion
• tomatoes ( finely chopped)
• cucumber ( finely chopped, not traditional but that’s how we grew up making where we live)
• Salt
• lemon juice
• olive oil
