Was craving a good burger for days, so I made one. All beef patty with double cheddar, pickled cucumber, port wine-balsamico onions, bacon, a little ketchup, mayo and honey mustard on a homemade brioche bun. Handcut truffle fries and an IPA on the side.

Buns look amazing. One pet peeve still: that’s no cheddar. It’s american cheese, no matter what flavour it claims to be
