It took me four years to get this red pepper pasta right and the wait was worth it. I love roasted red pepper anything and a red pepper pasta just sounded perfect to me. Something creamy, peppery with a little bit of sweetness. And this red pepper pasta is everything I dreamed of and more. It’s creamy without any cream and that’s all from these roasted red peppers from Dalo. They’re so bright red and meaty and they infuse the sauce with the perfect smoky sweetness. I also add a few tablespoons of tomato paste, which is my secret to taming any bitterness in the peppers without burring their flavor. Toss it in your favorite pasta, and my go-to for this recipe is dala rietoni. They truly make the best quality pasta with just the perfect alente bite. And the whole thing comes together in less than 30 minutes. This is my favorite recipe for weekn night dinners if you’re feeling a little fancy with a little restaurantw worthy vibe. So, grab the recipe in the caption and follow PlayWalt with Butter for more easy weekn night meals. Happy cooking.
