Let me show you how to make a quick, healthy, and butter friendly canned lentil bolognese. Blitz onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauteed with blended mushrooms, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir in drained canned lentils and tomato puree. Then simmer for about 15 minutes. Blend part of the sauce. Finish with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Toss with pasta and dinner’s ready in under 30 minutes. Easy, right?
