I had not made seitan bacon in a few years, and I was not sure I would be able to execute the recipe correctly, but I suppose once we learn and develop a skill, we never truly forget it 🤗

I love Seitan, one of the most versatile substitutes for meat. We have a restaurant that makes Bacon from Tempeh, it almost crisps up when fried but not quite, I can say that’s it’s quite tasty on a Tofu Reuben sandwich.
