Kanpai in North Little Rock, Arkansas

It’s not the best quality but it’s a lot of fish for the price. It comes with miso soup and a side salad too. If you’re in Central Arkansas, check them out.

I like that they give tako as part of the bowl. My local spot for $18 chirashi combos gives tomago as one and I wish I could sub it out for octopus

Looks pretty pretty good! Also yeah, what a deal!

Based on quality and contents, that’s a fair price, not a steal

  4. I haven’t seen Chirashi this good since my local sushi place closed 6 years ago, where is this

I just ate dinner and now I’m hungry again. Wow that looks so good!

Woah total steal. And quality of fish looks 👌. You don’t often see tako in chirashi bowls

I think Chirashi has typically the most value at mid range sushi spots. It’s my goto

  8. Excuse me? I’d be a 3-4x a week customer and bring my own takeout box. Lucky you.

How is this even a viable business if they offer you this for 18$ (and a Starbucks coffee that is literally worth 10 cents is sold for 7$)?

Far out of state or middle of no where, sashimi slices could be bigger and nigiri can come in twos.

No. The tuna is bright red, not good. It is a LOT, but the whole point of sushi/sashimi is good quality, that tuna is injected with water and dyed red. It’s like going to a bakery and being amazed at the cheap prices, meanwhile, they use store bought icing and cake mix.
