This chef made fried chicken on Master Chef, but what he did with it left the judges speechless. It needs to be moist. It needs to be crispy. If all that happens on my pallet, you have a dish that could win. Frying technique is something that my mom taught me, but I wanted to find a way to elevate that to restaurant quality. [Music] I’ve never tasted anything quite like that before. This is kind of like perfection. The spiciness of the Nashville hot sauce is spot-on. Perfect. There’s so many different things going on on this dish, and they’re all really well

  1. The thumbnail made it look like the judge is spitting the chicken out in disgust. 😂

  2. The title though, it’s not just guy makes fried chicken it’s BLACK guy makes fried chicken 😂 white guy over and out

  3. I mean, it's probably not just a nostalgia thing. If a recipe passes down through enough generations it probably gets a lot of fine tuning along the way.

  4. When he said he wanted to elevate it, you can just tell from the plating that it's not regular old fried chicken. I just finished eating dinner and that made my mouth water.
