How many cals in one of these vanilla cookie sandwiches? With reign 12 oz can for reference

I got this from a local farmers market! It’s healthy because I could’ve chosen the one 3x the size…

I have no way to measure the size where I’m at but it appears to have a ~3 or 4 inch diameter. Any guesses helps!! I’m so bad at these types of things haha
