Ghost pepper sauce 👻

Came across some great peppers at a farm stand and decided to make my first hot sauce with what I had on hand.

Mixed hot peppers (ghost, reaper, scotch bonnet?)
White wine vinegar
Onion
San marzano tomato
Garlic
Carrot
Salt

Simmered, blended, and strained
