I would like to try making/canning this for the first time but I can't seem to find a recipe on a trusted site. Any tips?

All the chow chow recipes I’ve seen use green tomatoes. I like the one in the Ball Complete book- it seems to best match my garden.
Still looking for a recipe that takes kale rather than cabbage, though.
