Here is the recipe
Lemon Ice cream- small batch
½ cup Milk
1 cup Cream
3 Lemons worth of zest
Pinch of Salt
Scant ½ cup Sugar
1/8 tsp Cellulose gum
3tbsp Powdered egg yolks
Maria biscuits cut into 4ths- this is if you want to make it into an ice box cake type situation
Warm milk and dissolve sugar and steep lemon zest for 1 hr till cool. Strain and then blend everything but the biscuits put in ice cream machine. Layer with biscuits and freeze.
