I’ve never tried them, but they do look very good. What do they taste like? Which one is the best? Are the calories in each bar different?

I’m not a huge fan. For that many calories, there are many, many other options that are better. The calories range between 190 and 220.

It’s like the Perfect Peanut bar. It’s a good concept, but I can’t justify the calories for it.

They are impossible to chew and will stick to your teeth all day!

I actually like them. The blueberry and chocolate taste pretty good BUT they are super chewy and they are basically 3/4 of a meal. I take them with me to trade conferences where I’m stuck behind a table and need a lunch, so I’ll eat one of those and a banana or turkey jerky. They’re like a step up from a snickers bar.

Black one gives me PTSD. Receptionist at my 1st internship gave it to me and I threw up halfway through the day because of it

I love them but they don’t really fit into a calorie deficit for me. I love the texture and how chewy and satisfying they are, and their clean ingredients. Chocolate sea salt is my favorite. But definitely not low calorie

For me, those are way too high in sugar and relatively low and protein. I would much rather have a barebells bar for the cals.

I like the blueberry ones, I haven’t tried the strawberry but it would probably be good too. Personally I don’t like chocolatey/peanut buttery bars like this so the blueberry one is kind of nice for me because it’s different than what’s mostly available that always wants to be a candy bar replacement. It’s fruit leather-ish with some added nutrition

Tbh I just read this sub as an outsider so I don’t have a lot of opinions on the calorie issue lol. I used to eat them when I worked the opening shift at a Y and with some other snacks or fruit they were a pretty good breakfast in that context but I’m not starving in the morning. I think if you’re going to eat a bar anyway there’s really no reason not to have these. They have a lot of fiber, personally I’d rather have that in a packaged snack than a ton of forced in protein 🤷🏼‍♀️

I don’t like them, but my husband does. I wouldn’t consider them low calorie food. My husband eats them for easy calories and protein, since they are one of the few protein bar brands that have flavors that don’t include chocolate and peanut butter.

I personally didn’t mind the flavor when I got a few samples. They’re sticky and the date taste is strong/very present in each flavor – I personally prefer that over the artificial sweeteners in most protein/nutrition bars, but you might not.

i’m sorry but hot take these r so nasty 😭😭

I like them. I use the minis, which are 100
Calories. They work well as a snack.

The only saving grace for me when I tried it was throwing them in the microwave for a couple seconds. It made things gooey enough to eat 🤷🏾‍♂️

I don’t love the macros on these and they are way too chewy. My favorite protein bars are from Pure Protein. Especially the cookies and cream and peanut butter chocolate.

Taste like dick, the packaging looks better than they taste

These taste like crap and have the texture of a power bar in 1999

The taste and texture are challenging but I love them because of the ingredients list. It’s closer to actual food than “food” you get from over similar products. I don’t like sugar alcohols, non digestible fiber or tons of fake ingredients no matter how good the macros are overall.

If you close your eyes, the chocolate ones taste like a SUPER fudgy brownie but Blueberry is the closest to the golden 1:10 grams of protein to calories ratio. I think the chocolate peanut butter taste the best.

They have breakfast bars that actually taste delicious but have really challenging macros even at maintenance.

They are not something I’d eat twice. Once was enough

Pure Protein is my go too, cost effective, good macros and great flavors!

At first I was really attracted to the whole ingredients thing but one day I found a big hard inedible piece of something biting into one. A great way to stave off calories!

I love RX bars, especially the peanut butter one.
