Quick sear in the GA, then straight into a fresh sanga stacked with rocket, mustard, bocconcini, tomato, and those perfectly cooked kangaroo minute steaks.

    You should avoid the use fire starters as paper is fine.

    And if future maybe cook the meat first and then make the toast while the meat is resting. this way you are not making a sandwich with cold ass toast.

    This is why I still have a gas grill. If I’m doing 8 tiny strips of meat a chimney of charcoal just doesn’t seem like the right way to do it.
