Wish my boss made pizza to start my shift. Then again, my boss brags about not knowing how to boil water so he’d probably put borax instead of Parmesan cheese on top.

I always make sure to go outta my way to take care of the badass dishes I’ve worked with. You want a burger, or some chicken or shrimp to to with your salad after the line just got their ass kicked? No problem, I got you home, BC you get your ass kicked during close-down. Any extras we have that’ll be thrown out at the end of the night, I offer to em, as well. Dishies are the whole backbone of the operation, they’re always the first person I offer food to if there’s leftovers.

I used to work in a food court hotdog stand. Hot dogs and tacos. Fries and rings. Corn dogs. We had an orange whip machine and a couple times a year the owner would throw a party in the back when the gate was down after hours and he would pour a bottle of vodka in the orange whip machine. He called it sterilizing day. He also let us eat lunch or dinner before shift or during a break. It was a cool little place to work at 16

Needs more pepperoni…. But I have been tossing pies for 6 yrs…. That is a pie I would smash the bejee us out of. Great Browning on the cheese, good pizza bone, and made with love and respect.
