    I like the colours a lot; looks like good technique, temperature, and timing (and that sprinkle of chopped green onions).

    If you like spicy, a sprinkle of some red powder/ drizzled crispy chili oil (holyduck brand is absolutely worth checking out), could elevate – photos and taste.
