I wouldn’t call that stupid, peanut butter on a burger seems to be a pretty accepted thing and this wouldn’t be that much different. I’m sure the cookie itself s just a restaurant garnish and on the inside it’s the cookie butter

There’s a biscoff burger available at my local burger joint and it is one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. This looks delicious.
