
Saw a can of chickpeas in olive oil with lemon and cumin at Trader Joe’s, and had the idea to eat it with a tin of sardines and some red onions tossed in a little salt/vinegar. Genuinely one of the best dinners I’ve made in a bit, and it only took like 5 minutes to make. Needs something, though; maybe some cherry tomatoes and arugula.
The sardines themselves are from a brand called Mina which I’ve never had before. They’re alright. The tin was a little expensive and I feel like I’ve had identical fish for less.
