(Feeds 4-6) pastrami beef rib, whole rack of ribs, pound of chopped pork, double order pork belly, two andouille sausages & side of mac & cheese, pickled green beans, coleslaw, & borracho beans (w/ gold sauce and ground mustard)

Those sides look weak to me. Sorry to be negative. Looks like Blandrew Jackson made them. Bland Paul. Blando Calrissian. Bernie Blanders. Blandon Stark. The Blandalorian. Blanda Express.
Meats look fantastic. Sides do look like they need just a lil motivation but I’d still go and destroy all of that.
