    Hold up a minute, zoom in on that stew! Thats my kind of cut. Is that too round or just something else shredded?

    That’s a killer combo! You def need a high hydration loaf to absorb all that broth!

    How are you liking it? I bet you have so many meals that your bread can pare perfectly with now, judging by this setup.
