My first time doing daikon radishes from a starter – they've been in the raised bed about a month. Google says to wait till u can see their shoulders popping up but they look too skinny to me

I just leave daikon in the ground until I’m ready to eat them or need the space for a new crop. You can pull them now, but you certainly don’t have to.

Daikon tends to grow long, not wide. You can harvest it now or you can wait a bit.

Yes. Can wait a bit too.

Radishes can survive mild frost. Personally, I’d pull the ones I can eat or use for kimchi right away, and leave the others till the leaves get hit by frost.
