Let’s make the easiest authentic fetuccini alfredo. First, we’re going to boil our pasta in salted water. Then, we’re going to add butter to a bowl along with our fresh pasta, and we’re going to mix that around. Then, we’re going to add a little pasta water as well as some fresh parmesan and continue mixing to emulsify the sauce until it’s nice and creamy.
