INGREDIENTS:
• 1 loaf of Lebanese flat bread ( cut into pieces )
• 2-3 tbsp butter
• 2 cups of Greek yogurt
• 1 garlic
• 1_2 tbsp tahini
• Salt
• chilli powder ( optional)
• cooked chickpeas
• butter ( to cook the pine nuts in as much as you want)
• pine nuts ( u can use slivered almond)
• minced lamb ( around 300g u can use more )
• Salt and pepper
NOTE: You can add the butter to flat bread and toast it in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes on high ( check and flip every minute) . That’s how I usually make it much quicker, or you can do it in the oven .
PS : Traditional it’s assembled back way so you start by layering the bread , chickpeas, yogurt mixture and then the meat on top ( we like it how i made it the video so the bread doesn’t get soggy)
