🥒 Cucumber Yogurt Salad
Ingredients:
2 large cucumber thinly sliced or diced
1 medium onion thinly sliced
3 tbsp plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped (optional but traditional)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 teaspoon lemon juice
½ tsp sesame seeds
¼ tsp kalonji seeds
½ tsp red chilli powder

Instructions:
Prepare the Cucumber:
Wash and peel the cucumber.
Slice thinly or dice into small cubes. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain to remove excess water.
Mix the Dressing:
In a bowl, combine the yogurt with minced garlic (if using), sesame seeds, kalonji seeds, lemon juice, and all the spices.
Stir well to blend all flavors.
Combine:
Add the cucumber to the yogurt mixture.
Mix gently until cucumbers are well coated.
Chill and Serve:
Let it chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes if you have time.
Serve cold as a side dish or dip.

Ingredients:
2 cucumber, diced or cut into matchsticks, add salt and let it sit for 10 minutes to drain extra water.
½ tbsp kimchi powder
1 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Salt to taste
Sliced green onion for extra crunch
Instructions:
Prep the Cucumber:
Dice the cucumber .
Lightly salt and let sit for 5–10 minutes. Drain or squeeze out any water.
Combine Salad:
Add garlic, kimchi powder, red onion, spring onion and vinegar into the drained cucumber.
Toss well until everything is coated.
Finish and Serve:
Garnish with green onions if using.
