this one’s a crowd pleaser!

Hey, I know you like creamy spinach dip and you’re not going to believe how easy this one is. Just please let it cool off. First, we’re going to rough chop some spinach. And when I say rough chop, you can really grab a handful and push it into the shape that you want. Pick up your knife. And once I get to a certain point, I’ll sort of re-roll the spinach and recompact it down. I’m going to tightly pack this cork container. And this is going to be my measuring cup. But then I’m going to take one zucchini. We’re going to trim this end off. Split this down the middle, but leaving the stem end intact. and thinly slice it into a mixing bowl. Add our baby spinach. One whole head of garlic that I have minced. Four chives that I’ve cut into oneinch sticks. About a half a teaspoon of onion powder. This is just going to jump up the savoriness of this whole entire dip. Two good pinches of kosher salt. A pinch of black pepper. A tablespoon of cornstarch. Then before we add a whole bunch of cheese, I’m going to drizzle a little bit of olive oil. It’s maybe a tablespoon, but it’s just enough so I can disperse my minced garlic. You want to evenly coat everything in the cornstarch also. Then this is about a pound of cheese. And this is Swiss Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, but you can use any of your favorite cheeses. And I’ll get this whole mixture into a 10-in pan. And you can mound your pan up pretty good. It’s going to shrink down. Just make sure this whole thing can go into the oven. Then we’re going to give a couple gugs of heavy cream. And because we put cornstarch in here, it’s going to thicken the cream and the cheese and give us this ooey gooey dip. We’re going to go into a 375°ree oven for about 20 to 30 minutes. I know it’s tempting, but please let this cool and follow me because this dip is gluten-free, but the ficasha is
