In the jar is:
 • 10 or so assorted Jalapeños
 • 5 or so Tobasco(?) peppers (can't tell if they're tobascos or thai chillies, still pretty spicy)
 • One Carolina Reaper
 • A few cloves of garlic
 • 1 red sweet pepper
 • 1 yellow sweet pepper
 • salt water brine
I let it ferment for a week, removed some brine and blended it. Added 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, a few tablespoons of lemon juice, and a bit of honey. Then I dumped in a bunch of smoked paprika, cumin, and chilli powder. I call it "Don't Fear the Reaper".
It's fruity, citrusy and sweet at the start. Then the heat builds gradually and lingers, but with a pleasant taste. Gonna give some to my coworker as a thank you.

Update: This is literally the tastiest hot sauce I’ve ever had.
Edit: I dunno if I needed to add that said coworker is a friend? Idk.
Nice. Making your own always tastes so much better than store bought.
