This is called Dasida. You use this in substitute of using seafood or anchovy broth. Kinda like seafood bouillon.
Good for soups or stews! You can also use it for sauces.

Seafood daenjang jjigae. Agui(Angler fish) jjim Seafood jjigae (tang) Blue crab jjim Pollack jjigae And so on. Any seafood based soupydish would be good.
Even knife noodles with clams,

It’s called flavoured MSG. You can get it all sorts. Best to get basic MSG and do the flavouring yourself if you can be bothered.

I saw a suggestion of adding dasida, just like a 1/4 tsp of it, to your soybean sprouts banchan to add a little more flavor.
