    Love grilled bock choy. What I also love doing is grilling each leaf separately. I baste each one in garlic powder some cayenne pepper salt pepper some other random shit. So good

    Oh, that’s a great idea. I’m thinking brushed with some olive oil and soy sauce and a little ginger and a lot of garlic.

    Grilled sliced potato is good too, beets are top tier.

    Try leeks next time. Slow grill. One of my favorites along with marinated baby bok choy.

    I like to do bok choy and zucchini on the griddle. More hot surface area gives more sear and flavor on the veggies

    I like to separate the leafy part from the more fibrous part and cook them separately.

  12. Shits wither gonna be crispy burnt, or a soggy mess. Either way, that’s no good. No leafy greens on the grill for me.
