This easy shrimp appetizer is a game changer. We’re starting with our shrimp in our 9 by13 silicone pan. Then we’re coming in with a stick of butter, which we’ve already gone and sliced it into small pieces. We’re going to add that straight on top of our shrimp before we come in with our minced garlic. You can use fresh garlic, but the minced garlic is so simple to use and comes with olive oil. Once you have minced garlic all across the top, we’re going to top it with some of my favorite cheese. We’re using Parmesan cheese. And we’ve got the shredded one, but you can go ahead and add mozzarella, whatever cheese you want. Totally up to you. This is an easy recipe. And that’s pretty much it. We’re going to top it off with some parsley and spread that evenly. Just about a teaspoon on each one before we come in and cover each one of these with lemons. Yes. Go ahead and place a slice of lemon on top of each one to add citrusiness and flavor. And we are going to pop this in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. And just take a look at this. We’re going to flip it over. And voila, our easy shrimp appetizer is all done. It’s garlicky and delicious.

  1. Just curious why wasn’t raw shrimp used since they are being cooked an additional 20mins? Shrimp cook fast and I wouldn’t recommend reheating for that long..🤷🏻‍♀️

  2. Looks delish! I am 100% certain though, if using cooked shrimp, baking for an additional 20 minutes will make them rubbery. You can use frozen shrimp but should be raw and thawed, blotting off any liquid. At that point I think the end product would be amazing! Thanks for the recipe!

  3. Did you really leave the tails on that shrimp.
Rookie mistake also you cooked it to death please take a cooking class before you do any more damage
