If you’re anything like me and you like chicken noodle soup and you like curry, this soup is going to be perfect for you. We are making golden Thai curry chicken noodle soup. I’m really getting into soup season this season. A little bit of butter. A lot of soups are easy, but I swear this soup is like extra easy. Carrot and celery, ginger and garlic, red curry paste, lots of chicken sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, turmeric. Oh my god. Coconut milk. Try to get it in the pot. I swear somehow every time I do this, something spills, something splatters. Like I think I’m cursed. This may seem kind of crazy, but we are putting our chicken thighs straight in. straight into that liquid. Guys, we’re going to leave the chicken to cook and we’re just boiling up some water now cuz we’re going to cook our ramen. For the life of me, I could not find ramen on its own, so I had to buy like four packets of this like 40 cent ramen. Same She is done. We’re going to fish out that chicken that we put in. And we’re just going to cut it into small bite-sized pieces. Kind of like that. Yummy. We’re just going to add that back to the soup, especially the juices. Oh my god, she is a beauty. I’m so excited. Cheers, babies. Mhm. Oh my god, that broth, guys. It is creamy. It is rich. Everything. It’s fresh. It’s comforting. Mhm.

im sure you should cook the chicken first.
Next time you make this soup, please wash the chicken.
