Read that they decided to do this. Full disclosure as a life long Chicagoan ever minded their pizza even though I have other favorites. This pizza however was a disappointment. Soooo… dry. No fennel though the sausage did seem different than their usual. Read they put cheese in crust. It was kinda crispy but without some fat on the rest of the pizza it was like eating sawdust. Of well, well stick to their regular stuffed or thin which is fine.
