Costco has a great sale on pork shoulder butt. I’m picking up enough to fill a couple canners of pint sized jars.

I’m making some roasted pork in spicy sauce
Oh this makes really good BBQ pulled pork!
Edit: the Ball recipe, of course.

This. Then cold crash & pick – include fat – and portion seal, vacuum seal & freeze.
One of the top 3 uses for pork shoulder 🙂
Yum. Make sure to trim as much fat as possible
Ball Recipes roast pork in spicy broth awaits you, right?
I would freeze mine in packages ready to 1. grind into gound pork (for both asian dishes and sausage) and 2. for kabobing into satay.
I’m just confused why anyone would can pork butt.
