*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

Meat Church Holy Voodoo rub on a nice meaty cut of baby backs
225 w/ Super Smoke for ~4 hours til ribs were at 175 internal or so and I liked the color
Bumped to 275 for another 1-1.5 hours
Ribs very nearly passed the bend test at 195 internal, sauced and bumped to 325 for another 10ish mins for the sauce to tack up.
No wrap or spritz at any stage. I live at high elevation and low humidity so my cook times are often above average compared to others.

I cooked good ribs, until I followed Heath Riles’ cook and emulated it.
I now don’t do them any other way. The butter bath does things to the rib meat that are just next level.
Yours look great and they wouldn’t last long in my house, but check out HR’s rib cook.
