    Two pounds of ground beef, 1 pound of ground pork, diced onions and green bell peppers. Worcestershire sauce Holy cow bbq rub Smoked for 3 hours at 250-275F pulled at 158F internal to carry over during rest

    Yea its one of my favorites. Im not sure if you do it or not but I soak my breadcrumbs in milk. Then add with some worcestershire sauce and some ketchup with seasonings and it turns out phenomenal.

    Couple cold pieces on a baguette with yellow mustard, onion, and a,cold beer, would be lunch heaven!
