All right. Nothing fancy today. Just a sandwich. Uh what I’m going to do. I got some chabatada buns or bread, whatever. I’m going to toast that. And uh I got roast beef and ham. And I’m going to fry the ham for just a couple of minutes in a frying pan. And then I’m going to put it all in a toaster oven. Melt it. And then I got usually I make homemade horseradish, you know, dressing or sauce. But I got this Inglehoffer, which is really, really good. All right. I fried up some ham and dried it cuz usually when you fry ham like that, it gets a little wet and I don’t want my sandwich wet. So here’s some ham. I just basically just browned it. And I left these sit in the toaster cuz remember when you whenever we toast the bread, we always stand it up uh because if you and let it cool cuz if you put it on a cold plate, it’ll condensate and then you end up with mushy bread and that’s no good. All right, so put the ham on there. And again, this is just a simple sandwich. Just to give you an idea if you’re stuck for a lunch, you don’t know what you want. Maybe this will give you a sandwich inspiration or something. And then slice of Swiss. And then on the other piece of bread is going to be some I got some uh Boris Head London broil roast beef which I like a lot. That’ll go on this side. And I’m not going to put the horseradish on until after I toast it. And then when I close it, the roast beef side I should be able to take off. and then smear some of that sauce on. All right, so now this will go into the toaster oven and melt the cheese. All right, the cheese is beautifully melted. Whoa, I don’t want to drop it. Plates’s probably plate’s really hot. All right, so let me flip this together. And now take that piece off. Little black pepper. And there’s that. That should be pretty darn tasty. I think it needs a beer to go with it. So, how about a Sam Adams Oktoberfest? It’s going to be hot. It’s an excellent sandwich. Easy and that goes good with it. So there you go. Just a quick sandwich.

Roast beef, ham, Swiss cheese and horseradish, ciabatta roll and a Sam Adams to wash it down?! YES PLEASE! My mouth is watering! Thanks for sharing brother, looks real good. 👍🏻
I forgot to mention the dill pickle that went along with this. I had to keep it off to the side because the plate was so hot!
Nice, we got the London broil today, havarti and the Englehoffer whole grain mustard. Hubby had Guinness, I had Jamison. Good lunch!
