    I’ve enjoyed them in Spain, and something that looks the same in Romania.

    I love the ones in vinegar, you can buy the vacuum sealed trays in some supermarkets. I always buy a load to bring home

    In Turkey they have Something similar (hamsi).

    Lidl in Germany has them sometimes in the freezer
