
Picked up Crown Prince from Sainsbury’s for £2 each, so made a load of puree to use for different dishes.
Tonight I made a risotto of Crown Prince, made with a sofritto Bianco, chicken stock, burgundy wine, carnaroli rice, and finished with Parmigiano Reggiano, and dressed with toasted pumpkin seeds, fried sage, Styrian Pumpkin seed oil.
Served with the rest of the wine. (Also Sainsbury’s on a massive stacked discount. Highly recommend if you can get it for £15 or below).
