Oyishi Sushi (UES)

This is the Nigiri deluxe from Oyishi on the UES. 10 pieces $42. Good variety although there is a decent amount of white fish you do get two amazing pieces of salmon, scallop, toro, squid, yellowtail. These pieces in the box don’t look big but they were actually quite large. Great fish to rice ratio. Rice was room temp and well seasoned. This also had lime zest on most of the pieces which I’m not sure I’ve had before but it was nice gave some brightness. For $42 this is a fantastic deal.
