I’ve never seen one with rosemary before, and usually the sausages are fully covered by the batter when cooked (so that they don’t end up sitting in the open), otherwise, it looks nice.
Personally, I like to make small ones with cocktail sausages cooked in a muffin tin. Great way to mix up the sunday roast.
