Not everyday jalof rice and fried rice. Today we are making a easy yet delicious jambalaya rice. To a pot or pan add in some vegetable oil and then add your marinated chicken breast. I seasoned mine with ginger and garlic paste. Some seasoning cube and some salt. Fry until it is no longer pink and take it off from the heat. Also fry your sausage to get rid of the rawness and set aside. In another pot, heat up some oil. Add some onions and fry fry well before adding your pepper and tomato mix. Then go in with your seasoning cube, paprika, curry and thyme and also tot. Add in your chicken stock before going with your washed rice. And if there is need for more water, please do step properly and check the taste to see if you need to add more seed. Cover and allow it to cook until it is 70% ready. At this point, we need to reintroduce our chicken breast. Different colors of bell pepper. Stir properly and allow it to cook for like 1 minute before going with your spring onions.
