Looks dry and reheated several times.

  2. GravyTrainComing

That’s looking not so great I would say. Is that supposed to be freshly made?

  3. Consistent_Bread_V2

That cheese is overcooked looks a bit dry

I’d be a bit disappointed ngl

  4. PeckyKoolo

Ceres doesn’t sell pizza by the slice tho…

  5. Illustrious-Coat3532

    Looks overcooked being reheated.

  6. cheesebrah

been there and i did not think it was worth it.

  7. I think when you have a slice that thin it will get stale very quickly and won’t be the same when you reheat it. I had Scarrs before and it tasted amazing when it first came out of the oven, and then tasted like shit when when reheated. I really like their pizza, but at that price point, it’s a one and done for me.

Looks a little undercooked, put it back on at 1000f for an hour and a half

  9. Spicy_Weissy

How much did they charge you for that?

  10. Massive-Seesaw-6529

Damn, those are some sad looking slices

  11. egbert71

Im not trying to be rude to another style….but that does not look appetizing

Im sure there are other spots that do better ny style

  12. Upbeat_Ad8686

Literally looks like the cardboard underneath. Wonder how much Portnoy got paid for this one.

It’s nothing but a hype. I was in Paris recently and whenever I see a long lines in front of a restaurant, bakery or coffee shop, my immediate thought was it must be a social media hype and I steer away from it. Pizza, coffee, or a croissant is not worth waiting in line for hours. If you’re waiting in lines, just know whatever you’re waiting for is being gentrified with a hype.

  14. RecycledAccountName

Third wave pizza joints have gone too far with the heavy cook.

  15. macandchzconnoisseur

Is this New York style gas station heat lamp pizza?

  16. Lousygolfer1

No idea how people are dating this the best pizza in NY/the country

    Looks dry and bland

  17. Guilty-Region-4166

Yeah that looks like complete ass

  18. JWheezy11

looks like it’s been sitting in the fridge for about a week

  19. bennylemons

$28 you’ll never get back. Good pie though

  20. banahancha

We have frozen pizza here that looks better than that.

  21. 568Byourself

I live in Florida and get better 2 slice lunch specials down here from at least 3 different places I frequent

  22. BurtDaddy69

This is dry pizza. Only morons pay $60 for this drek.

  23. citrusco

pizza is something that cannot be properly judged unless freshly served, or properly reheated. OP can you give a bit of background on whether this pic is a reheat or from an original pie?

Given the traction this has received I just think that’s fair. I have no skin in the game (I’m 100% Cello’s all the way) but yeah

  24. PeterNippelstein

That looks great, I love crispy pizza

  25. KasHerrio

Why does it look like it has slime mold growing on it?

  26. FancyMigrant

That looks like they scraped all the joy off it in to the bin and replaced it by spreading a thick layer of disappointment on it.

  27. Then-Yam-2266

There’s no such thing as bad pizza….but those are making me think that might finally be proven wrong.

  28. slothychef

Looks paper thin, dry and bland tbh. Sorry. I saw a vid on YouTube of this place and caught glimpse of the menu, $63 for one of the pizzas. Is it that crazy expensive everywhere in NYC nowadays? You can get a much better looking 18 inch pie over here in London for about £22

  29. yosefmyspiritanimal

That looks terrible. Where’s the cheese? If I’m paying SOHO pizza prices, there better be a little extra on it

  30. pleasent_cutiepie

One of the worse things I’m seeing today

  31. LordBaritoss

Wow, I get downvoted for solid pics not everyone loves burnt thin crust.

  32. BULL-MARKET

That picture just sucked all of the moisture out of my living room.
