  1. This looks fantastic! There was a place in San Diego called Torpasta (devine pastabilities) for awhile – they sold pasta sandwiches. They’re closed now, but they had vegan options. They hollowed out the bread roll and filled it rather than cutting it down the middle. Unsure what tools help with hollowing out a bread roll, but it could help make your sub a more mobile eating experience!
