Replace the fried egg with some gorgonzola and add some green onions and now we’re talking (about what I just ate 20 minutes ago but didn’t take a pic)

My go to is: fresh baguette, steak from night before (yes, cold!), make a mayo and worcestershire sauce spread, slice of tomato if in season.
Would clap. Hp sauce would be inclusive on my end.
