    Replace the fried egg with some gorgonzola and add some green onions and now we’re talking (about what I just ate 20 minutes ago but didn’t take a pic)

    Looks great.

    My go to is: fresh baguette, steak from night before (yes, cold!), make a mayo and worcestershire sauce spread, slice of tomato if in season.

    Perfection!

    I would microwave the steak just a TOUCH. The cook on the steak looks perfect tho so I understand not messing with it.
